Understand regional compensation
Read regional payment information carefully and record completed payments responsibly.
Read the terms first
Regional compensation can include agreed rates or allowances. The signed agreement and its effective dates explain when those terms apply.
Open Regional, then Compensation, and compare what is shown with the agreement. A displayed amount does not by itself mean money has been sent.
Review the correct period
Open Regional, then Financials, and choose the relevant period and partner network. Check for missing or repeated records before confirming a result.
Keep regional compensation separate from an individual partner's own Earnings and Payouts.
Mark paid only after payment
Use Mark paid only after the authorised payment has actually been made. Enter the payment reference and any requested evidence so it can be checked later.
Do not mark an amount paid because it is scheduled or to clear a view. Contact Support if a record was marked incorrectly.
