Explain sales, billing, and expenses

Different money areas answer different questions. Finances gives the merchant their financial view, Expenses holds business expense records, and Billing shows their Ordafy plan and platform charges.

In Ordafy Business, open Finances for the business view. Open Tools, then Expenses for spending records. Open Settings, then Billing for the Ordafy plan and charges.

You can help the merchant find pages, understand visible statuses and dates, enter ordinary records, and separate customer sales from expenses, platform billing, and payouts.

Encourage the merchant to compare Ordafy records with their bank and accounting records and keep receipts or other source documents.

Contact Ordafy Support about duplicate charges, unexplained payment differences, billing access problems, or records that stay incorrect after the merchant checks them.
