How you get paid

Partners can earn Performance Commission (a share of platform fees), Milestone Rewards (one-time activation bonuses where your region includes them), and an Operations Allowance (monthly, based on activity — not automatic, and may be zero).

Earnings shows each type separately. Financials shows your approved terms. Payouts shows transfer setup and history when balances are ready.

Financials shows the payment terms and rates for your partner agreement. Earnings shows commissions and other earnings as they move from earned to held, ready to pay, and paid. Payouts shows your payment setup and transfer history.

These areas answer different questions. An earning can appear before the money is ready to transfer.

Ordafy will show the payment service available for your market, such as Stripe Connect or Paystack. That service may need identity, business, and bank information before it can send money.

Open Payouts and follow the instructions shown. Enter your own accurate details and complete every requested check. Review can take time, so set this up before your first payment is due.

First open Earnings and check whether the amount is pending, approved, or paid. Then open Payouts and check your setup and transfer history.

If the information does not match what you received, contact Support with the payment reference, amount, date, and a safe screenshot. Never send a password or full bank security details.
