Set up services with honest pricing, timing, and availability.
Define what the customer receives
A clear service description prevents booking confusion. Agree the service name, customer-facing description, duration, price, and delivery details with the merchant.
Do not invent treatments, qualifications, results, or promises. The merchant confirms what their team can provide.
Add the service
From the selected business in your partner dashboard, open Services and choose the option to create a service. Enter the agreed information and select the correct availability and status.
Check any deposit, variation, or extra charge with the merchant before publishing.
Check the booking times
Availability should match real opening hours, staff capacity, room use, and the time needed between appointments.
After publishing, ask the merchant to check that the service can be found and that a suitable time can be selected. Fix any timing or capacity issue before promoting it.
