Create products with your merchant

A good product page helps customers choose clearly and helps staff fulfil the order correctly. Use information the merchant has approved.

Confirm the product name, description, price, options, images, fulfilment method, tax treatment, and stock behaviour before you begin.

From the selected business in your partner dashboard, open Products and choose the option to create a product. Complete each on-screen step with the merchant.

Keep titles short, descriptions useful, and option prices accurate. Use clear images that show the real item.

Start with a small catalogue of products the merchant can reliably supply. Accuracy matters more than a long list on day one.

After saving, check that the product is published and available as expected. Ask the merchant to confirm the final customer view, price, and fulfilment details.
