Show the merchant around Ordafy Business
Give each merchant a short tour focused on the work they actually do.
Start with the five main areas
Ordafy Business is organised around Home, Catalogue, People, Finances, and Tools. Settings is where the merchant manages how the business is configured.
Explain each area briefly, then spend time only on the places the merchant will use regularly.
- Home: a quick view of the business
- Catalogue: products, services, inventory, and rooms
- People: customers and team members
- Finances: sales, expenses, billing, and related records
- Tools: daily workspaces such as POS and Pay
POS and Pay stay inside Business
The merchant opens Tools, then POS for in-person selling and till work. They open Tools, then Pay for supported remote payment requests.
Keeping these tools inside Ordafy Business means the selected business, staff access, catalogue, and activity stay connected.
Make the tour fit the person
An owner may need Settings and Finances. Counter staff may mainly need POS. A service team may focus on Bookings and Calendar.
Finish by asking the person to complete one normal task themselves. That builds confidence better than showing every screen.
